The CustomerVision Web Content Management system powers our Intranet and Extranet solutions. We make it easy for non-technical users to manage every aspect of the system including such functions as publishing information, uploading images, creating related links, and establishing a workflow for publishing and approval. CustomerVision delivers a very dynamic Intranet or Extranet through the use of our wiki tools. Access to our wiki tools can be shared in a controlled way to allow a wide variety of users to contribute information and provide comments and suggestions.
File Sharing
CustomerVision allows users and administrators to share any type of files they would like, such as, Word files, PDFs, Excel files and so on. File sharing can be made available on a very granular individual level or restricted to just those with access to the administrative tools.
Search
CustomerVision integrates powerful search functionality into our standard Intranet and Extranet solutions. We automatically search all the content in the system including optional metadata. CustomerVision category search, related articles, and hierarchical category navigation all make it easier for users to find applicable and relevant information.
Access Control and Security
CustomerVision provides advanced access controls that can restrict user access based on customizable user levels. For example, users can be designated as Employees, Partners, and Customers and each group would see different content. Adminstrators can manage users themselves, import user lists from another system or integrate access with another system.
